Refund & Enrollment Policy
Graceful Teaching Institute LLC also know as “Graceful Living Teaching Institute”
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
At Graceful Living Teaching Institute, we want our enrollment process to be clear and straightforward. This Refund & Enrollment Policy outlines the requirements for registration, payment, seat reservation, cancellations, refunds, attendance, and course completion.
By registering for a course, students acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Course Registration
Registration for a course does not automatically guarantee enrollment or reserve a seat.
A student’s enrollment is considered confirmed only after:
All required registration information has been submitted and reviewed;
Required tuition or payment has been received; and
The student has received confirmation of enrollment from Graceful Living Teaching Institute
Course enrollment may be limited based on class size. When enrollment is limited, seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis after all required enrollment information and payment requirements have been completed.
2. Tuition and Payment
Tuition amounts, payment requirements, registration deadlines, and any applicable early-enrollment pricing will be listed on the applicable course registration page or enrollment materials.
Unless otherwise stated, required tuition must be received before a student's enrollment is considered confirmed.
Students should not submit payment through an alternate method unless payment instructions have been provided by Graceful Living Teaching Institute
3. Third-Party or Employer-Paid Tuition
If tuition is being paid by an employer, organization, or other third party, the student remains responsible for understanding the course enrollment requirements and policies.
When a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payer rather than directly to the student.
Students should notify Graceful Living Teaching Institute of any third-party payment arrangements during the enrollment process.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Students who need to cancel their enrollment may request a refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the first class, unless different terms are specifically stated for a particular course.
Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable cancellation period.
When a refund is approved:
The eligible tuition amount will be refunded to the original payer;
Refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after the refund has been approved; and
The timing of the refund appearing in the payer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
After the Cancellation Deadline
Requests received after the applicable 72-hour cancellation deadline are generally not eligible for a refund.
Graceful Living Teaching Institute may consider unusual or extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Approval of an exception is not guaranteed.
A student who does not attend a course and does not provide timely notice of cancellation is not automatically entitled to a refund.
5. Course Cancellations or Postponements
Graceful Living Teaching Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course when circumstances require a schedule change.
When a course is postponed, students will be provided with reasonable notice and information regarding the replacement date or revised schedule.
If Graceful Living Teaching Institute cancels an entire course and does not provide a reasonable opportunity for affected students to complete the program, eligible tuition will be refunded to the original payer.
6. Schedule Changes
Students are responsible for reviewing the course schedule and remaining aware of any schedule updates or changes communicated by Graceful Living Teaching Institute.
Schedule information and updates may be communicated by email, phone, text message, or other contact information provided during registration.
Students are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided during registration is accurate and current.
7. Attendance and Participation
Students are responsible for attending all required classes and participating in the course as required.
Attendance requirements may vary by program and may be established by applicable regulatory, certification, or course requirements.
Failure to attend required classes or complete required coursework may affect a student's ability to successfully complete the program or receive a certificate of completion.
Tuition payment alone does not guarantee successful course completion or issuance of a certificate.
8. Course Completion and Certificates
Students must satisfy all applicable course requirements before receiving a certificate of completion or other course documentation.
Course requirements may include attendance, participation, assignments, examinations, skills demonstrations, or other requirements applicable to the specific program.
Graceful Living Teaching Institute does not guarantee a certificate solely on the basis of enrollment or payment of tuition.
9. Student Substitutions
Requests to substitute one student for another may be considered when permitted by the course and applicable requirements.
Any substitution must be approved by Graceful Living Teaching Institute before the replacement student attends the course.
The replacement student may be required to complete all applicable registration and enrollment requirements.
10. Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration and contact information;
Reviewing course dates, times, location, and requirements before registering;
Understanding tuition and payment requirements;
Meeting applicable cancellation and refund deadlines;
Attending required classes;
Completing all required coursework and examinations; and
Following applicable course policies and instructions.
Students are encouraged to contact Graceful Living Teaching Institute with questions about enrollment, payment, attendance, or course requirements before registering.
11. Course-Specific Terms
Certain courses may have additional enrollment, payment, attendance, cancellation, refund, or completion requirements.
When course-specific terms apply, those terms will be provided on the applicable course registration page, enrollment materials, or other written information provided to the student.
In the event of a conflict between this general policy and course-specific enrollment terms, the course-specific terms provided for that program will apply.
12. Acknowledgment
By submitting a registration form, the student acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review and understand the applicable enrollment and financial terms.
The student understands that:
Registration does not automatically reserve a seat;
Enrollment is confirmed only after required information and payment requirements have been fully satisfied and confirmation has been provided;
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted within the applicable cancellation period;
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payer;
Attendance and course-completion requirements must be satisfied;
Payment does not guarantee successful course completion or receipt of a certificate; and
Course dates, schedules, and other program details may be subject to reasonable changes.
By registering for a course, the student agrees to comply with this Refund & Enrollment Policy and any additional course-specific requirements provided by Graceful Living Teaching Institute.
